The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) will be holding its 9th Automotive Sports Tournament (bowling & billiards) on Friday, October 24, 2008, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Coronado Lanes, Starmall, EDSA cor. Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.

In this regard, we are inviting your company to join in this momentous occasion.  Please send four (4) players for the bowling and a minimum of two (2) players for the billiards (9-ball) tournament.  To qualify, your players must be bonafide employees of your company at the time of the tournament. 

The following will be assessed for each company:

  1. To cover for the rental of the venue, facilities, foods, prizes and other expenses, each team/company will be billed P12,500.00;
  2. FOR CAMPI MEMBERS ONLY: Non-participating member-companies will be billed a fixed amount of P5,000.00; and
  3. Additional person per company, exceeding the allotted slot per team/company (6 persons) will be billed P1, 000.00 per head.

Note: Reserves for bowling players are only allowed in case of injury.

To further add excitement to the event, may we also kindly request you to bring 5 corporate giveaways (i.e. bags, jackets, umbrellas, t-shirts with collar) for our raffle during the tournament.  Only those companies who will bring corporate items will qualify for the raffle.
   
Please submit your confirmation, together with the payment of participation fee on or before 03 October 2008.  We need your final confirmation on the said date in order for us to finalize all the arrangement with the management of the Coronado Lanes.  Please make your check payable to the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Phils., Inc. (CAMPI).  Please find attached herewith the Registration Form.
