September Records Highest Monthly Sales

The Philippine automotive industry thrived once again as it achieved its highest monthly sales record to date of 20,924 units.

(CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) said that September volume achieved a massive 41.7 percent growth than the 14,764 units sold in the same month last 2013. This growth is mainly due to introduction effect of new models and equally aggressive promotional support.

The passenger car segment’s sales reached 8,477 units and a significant growth of 65.1 percent year-on-year.
